Inventory Management
The Inventory Management page is your central view of current stock levels across all warehouses. From here you can inspect positions, upload inventory in bulk, review the full change history, and propose or approve on-hand adjustments.Accessing the page
Navigate to Inventory in the sidebar. The page opens on the Inventory tab.Page tabs
See Inventory history for the History tab and Inventory adjustments for the Approvals and My requests tabs.
Inventory tab
The Inventory tab shows a grid of stock positions — one per SKU and warehouse pairing.Filtering and grouping
- Use the search box and filters to narrow the grid to specific SKUs, warehouses, or product groups.
- Group rows by warehouse, health status, collection, SKU, product hierarchy fields, or attributes.
- Toggle Pivot by location to fold the grid into one row per SKU with a column per warehouse. Warehouse and health status grouping are unavailable while pivoted, since those values are per-position.
Row actions
Right-click a row (or, in the pivoted view, a location’s cell) to open the context menu:- Adjust on-hand… — propose a change to the position’s on-hand count. See Inventory adjustments.
- Remove from warehouse — zero out a position through an audited adjustment.
In the pivoted view a row spans locations, so both actions apply to the location of the cell you clicked, not the whole row.
Uploading inventory
Users with write permissions see an Upload Inventory button in the page header.1
Open the upload dialog
Click Upload Inventory in the top-right corner of the page.
2
Provide your inventory file
Follow the dialog to upload your inventory data. An upload is treated as a batch of inventory adjustments.
3
Verify the results
Check the History tab to confirm the changes landed as expected.
The Upload Inventory button is hidden for users without write permissions and for the stock-counting role, which has no direct-commit path to on-hand. See Roles & Permissions for details.
Planning and replenishment
Inventory levels feed directly into supply planning. Order recommendations, transfer suggestions, and coverage projections live in the Supply Planning section, not on this page.Best practices
Reconcile counts through adjustments
Reconcile counts through adjustments
When a physical count disagrees with the system, use Adjust on-hand… rather than editing data elsewhere. Adjustments are audited, carry a reason and note, and flow through approval when required.
Use pivot by location for cross-warehouse review
Use pivot by location for cross-warehouse review
When you carry the same SKUs in several warehouses, the pivoted view puts every location’s count on one row so imbalances stand out immediately.
Check History after bulk uploads

Every upload lands in the History feed with its source recorded. Review it after an upload to confirm the batch applied cleanly.

Troubleshooting
Approvals or My requests tab is missing
Possible cause: These tabs are permission-gated — Approvals requiresinventory:approve and My requests requires inventory:adjust.
Solution: Ask your administrator to review your role. See Roles & Permissions.
Upload Inventory button is missing
Possible cause: Your account lacks write permissions, or you are on the stock-counting role. Solution: Uploads write on-hand directly, so they require a write permission. Ask your administrator if you believe you should have access.A count looks wrong
Possible causes: A pending adjustment has not been approved yet, or a sync from an integration is still in flight. Solutions:- Check the Approvals queue for a pending request against that position.
- Open the History tab and drill into the position to see every change with its source and actor.
