Exporting from Different Areas

SKU Export

Go to SKUs

Navigate to the SKU list

Filter (Optional)

Apply filters to narrow data

Select Items

Select specific items or all

Open export menu

Select CSV, Excel, or PDF

Save the file
Available fields:
  • SKU code and name
  • Collection
  • Status
  • Dimensions
  • Custom fields

Inventory Export

Go to Inventory

Navigate to inventory dashboard

Set filters for desired data

Open export options

Choose export format

Save the file
Available fields:
  • SKU information
  • Warehouse
  • Quantity by state (on hand, available, etc.)
  • Health status
  • Coverage days

Forecast Export

Navigate to demand forecasting

Set filters, date range, grouping

Transaction Export

Navigate to transaction list

Sales History Export

Navigate to historical data

Large Exports

Handling Large Data Sets

Tips for Large Exports

  1. Filter first - Export only what you need
  2. Choose CSV - Faster than Excel for large files
  3. Wait for completion - Don’t navigate away
  4. Check file - Verify all data exported

Best Practices

Be selective with exports:
  • Filter before exporting
  • Choose relevant fields
  • Smaller files are easier to work with
Keep track of exports:
  • Note when exported
  • Record filters used
  • Save with meaningful names
Export key data regularly:
  • Weekly or monthly
  • Before major changes
  • Store securely
Check exported data:
  • Row counts match
  • Sample data correct
  • No truncation

Troubleshooting

Export Failed

Possible causes:
  • Too much data
  • Network timeout
  • Browser issue
Solutions:
  1. Try smaller export
  2. Use CSV instead of Excel
  3. Try different browser
  4. Check network connection

Missing Data in Export

Possible causes:
  • Filters excluding data
  • Field not selected

File Won’t Open
